中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)普洱茶專業(yè)委員會(huì) 二屆三次會(huì)議成功召開

12月7日上午，中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)普洱茶專業(yè)委員會(huì)二屆三次會(huì)議在廣東省珠海市成功召開。中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)王慶，中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)普洱茶專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員、云南省下關(guān)茶廠對(duì)外貿(mào)易有限公司董事長(zhǎng)羅乃炘，中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、云南白藥天頤茶品有限公司總經(jīng)理黃衛(wèi)東，西南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教授劉勤晉等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專家及30余位普洱茶專委會(huì)委員單位的代表出席了本次會(huì)議。會(huì)議由中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員服務(wù)部主任李佳禾主持。

On?the morning of December 7, Third Plenary Session of The 2nd?Specialized Committee of Pu’er Tea of China Tea Marketing Association was successfully convoked in Zhuhai, Guangdong. Numerous leaders, experts and over 30 representatives of committee units of Specialized Committee of Pu’er Tea attended in the conference, including WANG Qing – president of China Tea Marketing Association, LUO?Naixin – director of Specialized Committee of Pu’er Tea of China Tea Marketing Association and chairman of Yunnan Xiaguan Tea Factory Foreign Trade Co., Ltd, HUANG Weidong – vice-president of China Tea Marketing Association and general manager of Yunnan Baiyao Tianyi Tea Co., Ltd, and professor LIU Qinjin from Southwest Agricultural University. LI Jiahe – director of member services department of China Tea Marketing Association presided over the conference.

會(huì)上，中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)王慶首先致辭，對(duì)專委會(huì)的工作給予了中肯的評(píng)價(jià)。他指出：今年是改革開放四十周年，也是貫徹黨的十九大精神的開局之年。多年來(lái)，在黨和政府的關(guān)心和支持下，普洱茶產(chǎn)業(yè)在促進(jìn)三農(nóng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、帶動(dòng)茶農(nóng)增收致富、實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)精準(zhǔn)脫貧等方面發(fā)揮了顯著作用。中茶協(xié)普洱茶專委會(huì)一直致力于發(fā)揮服務(wù)行業(yè)職能，積極有效推動(dòng)了普洱茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作。針對(duì)普洱茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展實(shí)際，王慶會(huì)長(zhǎng)希望專委會(huì)全體成員發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，共同研究解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題和未來(lái)工作的重點(diǎn)方向，持續(xù)推動(dòng)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。

On the conference, WANG Qing – president of China Tea Marketing Association, made a speech at first and showed pertinent evaluation about the work of specialized committee. He indicated that this year was 40th?anniversary of reform and opening-up policy as well as the beginning year of implementing the spirit of 19th?National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Over the years, under the care and support of party and government, Pu’er tea industry played an important role in promoting the development of agriculture, rural areas and rural residents, making tea growers increase income and become wealthy, realizing precise overcoming of poverty, etc. Specialized Committee of Pu’er Tea of China Tea Marketing Association has been always devoted to playing the role of serving industry, actively and effectively promoting the standardization and normalization of development of Pu’er tea industry. Aiming at actual development situation of Pu’er tea industry, president WANG Qing wished that all members of specialized committee could give full play to own advantages, research and solve related problems and key directions of future work, continuously promote sound development of industry.

隨后，羅乃炘主委做2018年度工作報(bào)告，重點(diǎn)介紹了專委會(huì)一年來(lái)在行業(yè)調(diào)研、科普宣傳、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作、跨界交流等方面的工作內(nèi)容和今后計(jì)劃。之后，與會(huì)委員單位圍繞2019年專委會(huì)工作計(jì)劃進(jìn)行討論，并提出了具有建設(shè)性的意見和建議。此外，本次會(huì)議還審議了團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《普洱茶貯藏陳化技術(shù)規(guī)范》和普洱茶毛茶實(shí)物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣。

Afterwards, LUO Naixin made work report in 2018, mainly introduced work contents of specialized committee in recent one year such as industry survey, science popularization and publicity, standard work and transboundary communication as well as future plan. He also discussed with committee units about work plan of specialized committee in 2019, proposed constructive opinions and suggestions. Besides, the conference also examined group standard Technical Specification of Storage and Ageing of Pu’er Tea?and physical standard sample of raw Pu’er tea.

中茶協(xié)普洱茶專業(yè)委員會(huì)是中國(guó)茶葉流通協(xié)會(huì)的分支機(jī)構(gòu)之一，以打造一個(gè)系統(tǒng)、和諧的普洱茶行業(yè)交流管理平臺(tái)為目標(biāo)。今后，專委會(huì)將繼續(xù)鎖定普洱茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，切實(shí)把握需求，發(fā)揮智庫(kù)權(quán)威，聚焦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作，為普洱茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康、和諧、可持續(xù)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

As one of the branches of China Tea Marketing Association, Specialize Committee of Pu’er Tea of China Tea Marketing Association aims to build a systematic and harmonious communication and management platform of Pu’er tea industry. In future, specialized committee will bravely face the challenges during development of Pu’er tea industry, master demands practically, present authority of think tank and focus on standard work, thus making contribution for the sound, harmonious and sustainable development of Pu’er tea industry.?

會(huì)上，昊展茶業(yè)創(chuàng)始人吳世海首次參會(huì)，就“普洱茶倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”和“普洱茶新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)該如何定義”等方面，跟在場(chǎng)的專家及委員分享了自己的看法，并根據(jù)自己1991年以來(lái)的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和2004年結(jié)緣鄒炳良盧國(guó)齡兩位老師的教導(dǎo)以及對(duì)未來(lái)普洱茶行業(yè)充滿憧憬的執(zhí)著精神，為中國(guó)普洱茶更加健康發(fā)展提出自己的建議！

At the meeting, Wu Shihai, Founder of Haozhan Tea Industry, participated for the first time, and shared his views with the experts and members present on "Pu'er Tea Warehousing Standard" and "How to Define the New Standard of Pu'er Tea". Based on his experience since 1991 and his experience in practice since 2004, he got married with two teachers of Zou Bingliang and Lu Guoling, as well as their teaching and comments. In the future, Pu'er tea industry is full of persistent spirit of longing, and puts forward its own suggestions for the healthy development of Pu'er tea in China.
