專業(yè)審評杯11,電子稱和計時器

1.?Prepare tools:

Eleven sets of professional cups for appraisal, electronic scale, timer



2、采樣:

每一個一號熟同一部位稱3克(大小一樣)

2.?Sampling:

Weigh the same part of each??No. 1?Ripe?Tea for 3g (same size)



?3、計時:

按順序逐一注水浸5分鐘

3.?Time:

Inject water to sock for 5 minutes one by one in order



4、出湯:

按順序逐一出湯,然后對比湯色

5、湯色:

是否相對一致,年份越長越透亮
