??在熱鍋里倒入食用油,把茶葉放進鍋里翻炒出香氣后,放入生姜等,倒入開水攪拌熬煮,待茶湯煮好濾出,注入盛有炒米花、炒花生、炒玉米、炒黃豆和蔥花等佐料的碗中,一碗碗熱乎乎的油茶擺在客主面前,一屋飄香,滿堂歡笑。
??這是廣西龍勝各族自治縣偉江鄉(xiāng)布弄村苗家油茶制作部分流程,俗稱“打油茶”。它不僅是當?shù)卮迕褚蝗杖筒豢苫蛉钡娘嬈罚€是一年四季招待客人的必選。
??2018年,“龍勝苗族油茶制作技藝”被列入自治區(qū)級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。近年來,當?shù)匾杂筒铻樽ナ郑ㄟ^舉辦油茶節(jié)等特色活動,吸引越來越多的游客前來打卡品嘗,助推當?shù)匚穆卯a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。
