中茶銀雪毫已于正月初三開始全面手工提采,初春飽滿的茶青經(jīng)過攤晾,芽葉慢慢失水變得柔軟芬芳,再由專業(yè)制茶師傅經(jīng)殺青、揉捻等工藝使其滿溢茶香,滋味甘爽。一口春茶,莫負(fù)春光。

首批初制毛茶經(jīng)出廠檢測,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均已達(dá)標(biāo),并由食品級塑封袋打包,外箱密封防護(hù)防潮,于正月初五“乘坐”專車,一路“護(hù)送”至當(dāng)?shù)貦C(jī)場,“搭乘”前往杭州的春節(jié)航班,今天上午已落地杭州蕭山機(jī)場,下午即可運(yùn)至中茶龍冠工廠進(jìn)行下一步精制加工。

目前,思茅當(dāng)?shù)靥鞖馇闆r穩(wěn)定,未來幾天無極端天氣。采摘、初制持續(xù)進(jìn)行,毛茶原料將陸續(xù)空運(yùn)至杭州中茶龍冠工廠。預(yù)計(jì)幾天后,首批中茶早春綠茶銀雪毫成品就可檢測出廠,發(fā)往門店啦!
