茶文化 | 生茶陳化有上限嗎?


昊茶友對(duì)于生茶陳化的期限,目前看法并不統(tǒng)一,有的說生茶陳化上限為50年,有的說是100年。

Currently, tea friends of Haozhan hold different views about the time limit for the aging of raw tea. Some friends think that the upper limit of time is 50 years, while some think it is 100 years.



學(xué)術(shù)界就目前普洱茶存放時(shí)間的上限問題也是各抒已見,仍未有定論,一些結(jié)論也是基于實(shí)踐得出的,沒有直接的科學(xué)證明。理論上來說,只要是存放,就存在期限,存期過長,茶葉內(nèi)含物質(zhì)氧化殆盡,就失去了飲用價(jià)值。然而有癡迷者對(duì)陳放百多年老茶的口感贊不絕口,盛贊其“無味之味方是至味”,即無招勝有招了!儼然已經(jīng)進(jìn)入只可意會(huì)不可言傳的玄妙境地。

As for upper limit of storage time of Pu’er tea, there is no final conclusion in academic circle. Some conclusions are obtained from practice without scientific prove. In theory, there must be time limit for the storage. If the tea is stored for too long time, the substances in tea will be oxidized and loss drinking value. However, some friends highly praise the aged tea being stored for about 100 years and they think that no taste is better than any taste, which is unspeakable.



當(dāng)然對(duì)于大多數(shù)茶友來說,不會(huì)有人將生茶存放50年乃至100年之后再來品飲,一般存?zhèn)€十年十幾年,已經(jīng)是很好的茶品了,所以這個(gè)存放的時(shí)間限度問題可以忽略。

For most tea friends, they will not drink the raw tea after storing for 50 and even 100 years. Generally, they store for a dozen years and they think it will be excellent. Therefore, the issue of storage time limit can be ignored.?
